Public-source scope
AerospaceIndex prepares research based on lawfully available public sources. Public-source status does not by itself determine whether a requester, end user, end use, destination, payment, or later transfer is acceptable.
Do not submit
- classified information or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI);
- export-controlled technical data, technology, source code, or software;
- CAD, engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing instructions, build-to-print packages, or non-public test data;
- proprietary, restricted, unlawfully obtained, or non-public defense, government, supplier, facility, security, or program information.
No attachments are accepted.
Requests we do not accept
AerospaceIndex does not accept requests involving prohibited or restricted parties, undisclosed end users, sanctions or export-control evasion, weapons or military-system assistance, or security-sensitive analysis intended to facilitate harm, disruption, or unauthorized access.
Review before acceptance
AerospaceIndex may review the requester, organization, ownership, end user, intended use, countries involved, sharing plan, payment source, and any government, defense, military, intelligence, missile, unmanned-system, or dual-use connection.
Submission, correspondence, or quotation does not create an obligation to accept or complete an engagement. AerospaceIndex may decline, limit, suspend, or terminate a request when concerns cannot be resolved.
Requester responsibility
By submitting a request, the requester confirms that the identity, organization, end user, intended use, countries, and sharing information are accurate; the request is not for an undisclosed third party; no controlled, restricted, proprietary, or unlawfully obtained information is being submitted; and the work will not be used or transferred in violation of applicable U.S. law.
Limits
Public-source research is not export-control classification, sanctions clearance, certification, procurement approval, legal advice, engineering advice, or government endorsement. Clients remain responsible for their own legal, technical, procurement, sanctions, export-control, and end-use determinations.
